Yo I am after many months. Life have changed a bit, ya not much but still changes.

Have not been active in Taekwondo since the "disband" of SKD group.

Now int black Tactical kind of toy hobby. Well cant really say much because it is black...

Wow its being so long since I last posted.

Just to update, the student has passed away few days after the injury on the head. It was ruled an accident 2 months ago (I think) and case should be closed. Rest in peace and peace to all who is involved.

Anyway SKD TaeKwonDo was "disbanded" and broken up... and Gymn side nearly undergone an "aware" repeat saga, however survived.

Me still camping la.

4th TaeKwon-Do Invitational Friendly Championship 2009 (5 July)

Match did not have a good start and then canceled after bout 30+ due to a serious match injury.

Hope the student got a speedy recovery.

STKDG 3rd Instructor Course 2009

3rd Singapore TaeKwonDo Gymnasium Instructor Training Course.

Finally completed. 3 Sundays begining 14 June till 28 June 2009, with the last session ending with intensive theory test and practical evaluation incl. poomsae display and instruction skill.

My trainee no. were 38, Siew Ting 37. As she was not very familiar with Koryo, I purposely do it slower and trying to syn with her. However action back fired as I forgotten to shout during mid way, anyway overall, it is hard to fail (in my opinion) if you have been assisting your instructor during class. Was quite surprise that I score full mark 45/45 for instructional skill, never expected that as I will to judge myself ... may be I've been too hard on myself all this year, haha.

All received certificate of participantion. That's not the end, another 28 weeks job assignment (i think) to finish off with complete certification... so still a "long" way.

Well, will be interesting to see, say, 10 yrs down the road how many turn instructor/s having own class or given up the sport completely... that's life isn't it.
